Terms Of Use
Last Updated: November 2025
Welcome to Think To Thrive Coaching. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, coaching services, digital products, courses, memberships, and all related content (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
This website is operated in the United States and designed primarily for U.S.-based visitors. However, because our content is accessible globally, these Terms include additional notices for visitors in regions with specific consumer-protection laws (such as the EU and UK).
1. Purpose of the Services
Think To Thrive Coaching offers coaching, education, digital tools, and resources for adults—especially midlife women with ADHD—to support personal growth, executive-function skills, and well-being.
The Services are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, or financial advice.
Always seek appropriate professional support for medical or psychological concerns.
2. Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching through Scattered and Spectacular is a forward-looking, action-oriented process. It does not involve diagnosis, treatment, or medical decision-making.
By using the Services, you understand that:
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or crisis support.
No medical, psychiatric, or legal advice is provided.
You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and well-being.
You will seek licensed professional support when appropriate.
If you are in crisis, contact your doctor, local emergency services, or a mental-health hotline immediately.
3. No Guarantees
Outcomes vary based on your individual circumstances, history, effort, and participation.
Think To Thrive Coaching does not guarantee specific results such as improved productivity, emotional regulation, relationships, health, or career progress.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
By using the site, you confirm you meet this requirement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, graphics, videos, audio files, worksheets, tools, logos, and course materials—is the property of Think To Thrive Coaching and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or share any content without written permission.
6. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
A. Digital Products (downloads, templates, PDFs, courses)
Unless otherwise stated, all digital products from Think To Thrive Coaching are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.
For Visitors in the EU and UK
If you live in the EU or UK, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital goods. By purchasing a digital product with immediate access, you expressly agree that access begins immediately and you waive that 14-day withdrawal right, as permitted under EU/UK consumer laws.
This ensures consistency for global users while remaining legally compliant.
B. Coaching Services
Coaching sessions, packages, and programs are considered “services.”
General Policy
Sessions require 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged in full.
Coaching packages are non-refundable once sessions have begun, but unused sessions may be rescheduled within the purchased timeframe.
EU/UK Users
EU/UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal unless coaching begins during that period.
If you schedule or request coaching to begin within the 14-day window, you acknowledge that you are requesting early service and waive the remaining withdrawal period for sessions already delivered.
7. User Conduct
By using the Services, you agree not to:
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Use the site for unlawful or unauthorised purposes
Share login credentials or distribute course materials
Attempt to disrupt website functionality
Repurpose or resell Think To Thrive Coaching content without permission
