  1. What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

One of the most important things for you to understand before we begin is the difference between therapy and life coaching. I am a certified life and weight coach… not a licensed psychotherapist. Read on to learn about the big differences between the two fields, which are not mutually exclusive.

Therapy May Be Right For You If…

2. Do you coach weight loss?

Yes. Although I focus on coaching stressed, overwhelmed moms I am also qualified to coach weight loss & I myself have walked a plus+ sized path. Regaining my physical and emotional health took years.

As a certified weight loss coach I feel so lucky to work with mothers like me who have experienced lasting weight gain that led to mental and emotional despair. I spent years between 40 and 60 lbs over my normal, healthy weight before I figured out my own health puzzle and created vibrant health in my body again.

I like to tackle the situation on all levels - physically, intellectually and emotionally. I can equip you with tools, skills and knowledge that will help you navigate your own unique journey toward losing excess weight permanently AND (most importantly) feeling and looking amazing!!

3. What are your Qualifications?

I am professionally certified as a life and weight coach by The Life Coach School, an internationally renowned program led by Master Coach and Founder Brooke Castillo. I also hold degrees from Stanford University and the University of San Diego, along with additional professional certifications from the University of California, San Diego.

Mothers are my tribe.

We share the same language of laughter and tears.
